Highly accomplished, results-driven, human resources professional with over 25yrs of full cycle recruitment and talent acquisition strategy planning in a variety of industries and organizational departments.Began as a Senior/Principal Staffing Specialist in 2006 supporting retirement and mutual fund sales, risk, compliance and benefits. Promoted in 2008 to focus primarily on developing a college recruitment program and internal career development program for Fidelity\'s intermediary sales division. In 2012, moved over to support Capital Markets and other Boston based business units and in 2017, led the recruitment effort for the enterprise in their Agile transformation including building a dedicated hiring team to recruit across the country for the massive influx of talent needed to support this new way of bringing product to market.
