I have a passion for using technology and research-based techniques to deliver highly effective training in the flow of work. Taking on the learner perspective, I consider all aspects of virtual training as I design and develop task-based, behavior-changing, hands-on content. My in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office applications allows me to build processes to automate course requests and learning site builds. Using design thinking, I focus on the content and delivery as I create blended learning experiences that incorporate instructor-led training, social learning, and on-demand sessions.
