In my current roll, I manage a 294-unit apartment building and deliver the highest possible net operating income (NOI) by managing expenses and ensuring maximum earning potential. I establish and implement impactful marketing programs that address market conditions and deliver competitive pricing to maintain occupancy levels. I also produce and distribute operational and financial reports and collaborate with my regional manager to identify opportunities for improvement. Additionally, I train and mentor on site team to ensure property is maintained to organizational standards and manage vendor relationships to prepare units for occupancy.
