Independently oversee the care and life skill instruction of an individual with developmental disabilities, advance independent living skills and track skill acquisition data in order to replicate targeted behaviors, and utilize positive, hands-on instructional methods, as well as Applied Behavior Analysis, to instruct new skills regularly. Calmly and discreetly provide an engaging, well-supervised environment for instruction while providing opportunities for choice, control, and effective communication outcomes. Maintain Living Healthy Life Skills that ensure participant’s ability to make choices in daily life, grow positive personal and community relationships, have an awareness of legal and personal rights, make healthy lifestyle choices, participate in daily living experiences, maintain community involvement, participate in effective learning opportunities, and effectively communicate despite speech disorders.
