As the Regional Operations Director for the Alabama area, I am responsible for ensuring high quality medicine and an outstanding client experience. Our goal is to maintain the personality and culture of each individual hospital. My role allows me to live out my passion for coaching teams through business processes and delivering the highest quality of service to our clients and their pets. My areas of specialty include; operations, multi-unit management, training, development, budget planning and assessment. I achieve this goal by partnering with veterinarians and hospital managers to ensure the presence of skilled teams. In addition, I partner with the medical director to ensure the exceptional business practices and a high degree of professionalism in each hospital.
