AgDevCo makes direct debt and equity investments in socially-responsible businesses, operating across the supply chain, which have the potential to make a major positive social impact in their communities, and provides on-the-ground technical support and specialist agricultural advice to management teams.As General Counsel of AgDevCo, I head up the legal team advising AgDevCo staff in London and in AgDevCo\'s countries of operation in Sub-Saharan Africa on the structuring and documentation of AgDevCo\'s investments, regulatory and governance matters, and policies and procedures. I sit on AgDevCo\'s Executive Committee and chair the Technical Assistance Committee.
