As a Senior General Manager with over 15 years of progressive leadership in senior living and healthcare, I’ve built my career around transformation; turning around communities, developing future leaders, and fostering inclusive, high-performing teams. I currently oversee multiple Sunrise Senior Living communities across the Chicago region, while continuing to lead Sunrise of Bloomingdale, a community I helped grow from under 70% occupancy to over 90% in less than a year.My approach is rooted in people-first leadership. I believe great outcomes start with engaged teams.
