Over the last eight (8) years with Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), I have supported USAA (United Services Automobile Association) in multiple roles. Primarily within their Global Sourcing & Procurement Division but my current role supports the Finance Division(s). As a Control Team Analyst/Tester, I perform monthly tests of various financial control processes to ensure that they are robust and meet the stringent requirements of USAA. As a Sourcing & Procurement Manager (SPM) with nineteen (19) years of diversified experience in the full range of Contract / Supply Chain Management, third party sourcing solutions, including but not limited to commodity experience, market pricing, negotiations, proposal evaluation, risk assessment, due diligence, on-going monitoring, administrator, and Close Out/Termination. Team Lead - Contract Advisor led three (3) person Supplier Governance team supporting Affiliate contracts with Service Level Objectives (SLO). For Third Party contracts, we performed contract reviews, processed SLOs, language Deliverables & Obligation and conducted training, meetings for SPMs and the Business representatives, as needed.
