I am General Counsel and an AV rated litigation partner, focusing on two main practice areas: professional liability defense and education law. My professional liability practice focuses on risk management and legal ethics as well as the defense of professionals in litigation and disciplinary matters. In addition to my fellow lawyers, I also defend and work with accountants, brokers, adjusters, medical professionals and insurance agents. I am also passionate about my work with schools, charter management organizations, and other educational institutions to proactively manage their risk, working with them to ensure appropriate policies and best practices.
