About Melissa Lash

I am a \"Chameleon\"​. You can put me into any type of situation and I will adapt to my surroundings. My work experience has influenced my development into the person I am today. I have worked in six different industries since I was of working age. Starting out in Food Service as most young kids do then moving into Sales for a wireless cell phone company. With only working at the cellular carrier for a year, I was promoted to Assistant Store Manager. I gained the knowledge of customer interaction and communication skills. I later moved to Administrative Assistant for a concrete company, investment banking company, and renewable energy company. Where I built and crafted my computer, organizational, and management skills. I strive for success and push for excellence. Today I am an Estimator for a mechanical contracting company. I wouldn\'t be here today if it weren\'t for my previous work experience. My hard work and dedication has built me up and shown me that I can do anything if I put my mind towards it.
