Groom and prioritize the backlog of ideas to meet business objectives and ensure the teams are working on the highest-value work Turn the product vision into reality by working with the development team to transform the “what & why” into “how” by sharing business context and/or customer perspective. Write persona-based user stories with clear acceptance criteria so that the development team can easily identify the problem & determine the best way to solve it. Develop a realistic, achievable roadmap by working closely with the Engineering Lead to obtain roadmap estimates for planning purposes. Provide continuous incremental value to our clients on a regular sprint cadence. Consider our buyer persona when writing & prioritizing stories to ensure you provide regular value to our key decision-makers. Provide product leadership and support for the development team (UX, development, QA, etc.) to answer questions and participate in product and development activities.
