About Melissa Khan

I am passionate about leading a team and building relationship, especially in recruiting and networking events, the act of finding smart and talented people to do amazing things is a privilege that I have and is one of the reasons why I enjoy recruiting. Optimizing recruitment strategies and building incredible teams that feels they are equally important part of the equation, has been rewarding for me to help others see their potential and creating a path for them to do great things in their future. I still get excited when seeing other people succeed and find it inspiring to hear someone’s adversity and see how they overcame it. If you have a story, I’d love to hear it! In my free time when I’m not trying to be a cross fitter in a gym or park, I volunteer to help feed the elderly and tutoring kids. It’s bit of a gap in age range with the people I choose to spend my free time with but the reason for this is, I can learn from those with a great deal of experience and share my knowledge with the future generation. Spending time with the young minds is exciting to see their invigorating energy for life and how quickly they can adapt to changing events.
