I have spent the last twenty years serving others, curating unforgettable events, and leading teams to surpass expectations. I believe in setting goals and celebrating success once they are achieved. Mentorship is especially important to me and I am committed to growing the next generation of leaders. I do this by fostering a culture of care and understanding that allows each individual to reach their full potential. My positive attitude and bubbly personality make me approachable and everyone tells me how much fun it is to work with me! My hospitality career began as a way to pay for college until I quickly realized we were meant for each other! It is the people business and I am the definition of a people person. I am the type whose never met a stranger and will give you my undivided attention and listen to understand, not respond. I love meeting new people and learning what motivates them. I thrive off the success of others and genuinely enjoy being someone else’s cheerleader. I am a natural-born leader dating back to elementary school where I was named Student of the Year. When I am not planning an event or leading a team, I am a dog mom and dedicate my time to animal rescue. I am an advocate for educating the public on adopting from local rescues and shelters and volunteer whenever I can. You can find my fur kids and I watching college football in the fall, going for hikes, and trying new recipes in the kitchen that now include homemade dog food.
