Loan Operations Managemento Together with the Department Managers and Executive team, provide the leadership, management and vision necessary to ensure that lending operational processes and procedures have the proper controls, administrative and reporting protocols in place to effectively grow the organization while remaining compliant with outside agency requirements. o Regularly observe activities and maintain a thorough and constant awareness of all issues and undertakings via meetings and individual accountability/reporting; provide constructive guidance, expediently resolve problems, and assist with unusual or difficult tasks or circumstances.o Collaborate with the Executive team and Department Managers to develop and implement plans for the operational lending infrastructure of systems, processes, and personnel designed to accommodate the rapid growth objectives of Clearinghouse CDFI.o Lead projects and initiatives that involve new software, services, or process improvements, including workflow automation solutions.o Negotiate contracts and terms that aid in cost containment with outside vendors.o Act as operations liaison between departments to effectively overcome any problems that arise as a result of the lending process.o In conjunction with the Chief Administrative Officer, develop and administer a comprehensive training program for staff and new hires that encompasses the entire lending process.nCino/Salesforce Senior Administratoro Understands all aspects of Salesforce.com/nCino configuration and technical/functional capabilities, including all changes and potential system implications related to the Salesforce.com/nCino release upgrades, and provides support by identifying, logging, tracking, resolving and escalating all incoming user incidents.o Acts as sole Senior Salesforce Administrator for CCDFI.
