They call me a consultant and partner; in reality, they call me many different things. but they are calling me! I work with institutions and businesses to enable their people to succeed, guide them on how to not just differentiate themselves from others, but on how they are able to customize their experience. I was a manager, but decided that I wanted to go back to my roots. Now I am happy to be back to working directly with customers on how to assist with solving their problems. I love asking questions and using my analytical skills to recommend creative ways to stay competitive, for positive growth using software. My approach focuses on understanding both immediate and future needs, while actively resolving challenges and driving continuous improvement.
