In my current role as an international and domestic Flight Attendant I continually represent American Airline’s “Great is What We’re Going for” moto to deliver the foremost customer experience possible. In my everyday work environment I have the opportunity to work cross-functionally with other team members to provide and improve on time departure and arrival rates, in cabin reviews, as well as overall customer satisfaction. I also serve as a primary point of contact to mitigate any customer concerns as well as worked with trainee Flight Attendants to teach inflight service on live working flights. While working with the trainees I provided constructive guidance to help elevate their inflight service and accountability. In just two years of working with American I have earned exemplary ratings on performance reviews and letters of recognition from customers. Given the recognition of an “above and beyond” approach when meeting passenger needs.
