As an inpatient coder, I have extensive experience working at a university teaching hospital that is also a Level 1 Trauma center, cancer center, and children\'s hospital. My specialty areas include cardiology, cardiothoracic surgery, thoracic surgery, and vascular surgery coding, though I am also cross-trained in all specialty services.
