My career began at M&T Bank after graduating from the State University of New York at Geneseo with a Bachelor\'s of Science degree in Business Management and a minor in Organizational Behavior. I have since participated in various leadership development and mentoring programs, as well as maintaining a strong presence in our community through volunteer efforts.
