   As the firm’s Office Administrator, serving in that capacity since formation of Marshack Hays LLP. I was a key participant in establishing the original administrative and business functions of the firm and had continued to manage all administrative processes through a period of dynamic growth.I have over 25 years of experience in law firm administrative positions with specific experience in accounting, human resources and management support to partners. I am a current member of the Association of Legal Administrators (ALA) and an active participant in ALA events. Currently I serve on the board as the Treasurer-Elect. Among my areas of expertise, I have handled the complex logistical process of firm and records relocation and am responsible for all IT operations. As a strong believer in efficiency, I manage a firm-wide effort to keep the operation paperless where appropriate. I also manage the firm’s administrative support staff.
