About Melissa Hansen
I have had the pleasure of teaching and coaching for 21 years. In this time, I have worked in special education at two school districts, Danbury I.S.D. and currently I am employed at Sweeny I.S.D. I have worked as a volleyball, basketball and softball coach. Softball has been my passion and I have been blessed to work with some amazing young women who have assisted me in building a successful career. I also have experience in marketing, advertising and event planning as well. I possess strong computer skills, and work well under pressure with meeting deadlines. I have my associate degree from Brazosport College, and will complete my Bachelor’s degree this fall. After the fall I will then pursue my Master’s degree.
