My experience in Human Resources has fostered my passion for ensuring a positive company culture that aligns with our company goals, making people my top priority. In my role at Wight & Company, I focus in many different areas of Human Resources, but not limited to recruitment, university career fairs, intern program management, training, compliance, and onboarding. I am currently studying for my PHR exam, and will be sitting for the exam in December 2023 to make me a more well-rounded professional in the industry.
