About Melissa Goodwin

As the Senior Vice President of Global Water Supply Chain at Ecolab, I lead a team of over associates and oversee end-to-end operations, service, and strategic supply chain leadership for the Water division of a $7B+ business. I am a member of the Global Supply Chain Leadership Team and the Ecolab Global Management Team, and have been recognized as a leader in supply chain management and logistics.I am also passionate about developing the next generation of supply chain leaders and fostering a culture of diversity and inclusion. I serve as the Executive Sponsor for the E3 Women’s Employee Resource Group - Chicago/Naperville Chapter and the Executive Steering Committee for the Supply Chain Leadership Development Program. Additionally, I am the Supply Chain Campus Recruiting Lead for Michigan State University and lead the Supply Chain Women’s Advisory Council. My goal is to leverage my expertise and experience to drive innovation, efficiency, and sustainability in the supply chain industry.
