Program plan included benchmarking other Boeing programs, legal collaboration, cross-functional partnership and pilot testing.• Site Attendance Management Site Subject Matter Expert (SME)• Project manager for the redesign and implementation of the site-wide attendance and overtime policy. Policy changes create better alignment with Boeing enterprise policies, improve site productivity, decrease program cost and provide enterprise program integration.
