As the Director of Girl Experience, I am responsible for the strategic oversight and execution of council-wide initiatives that support the personal and leadership development of Girl Scouts throughout Eastern Oklahoma. I lead a team of dedicated program managers who design and implement high-quality experiences aligned with the Girl Scout Leadership Experience, including badge-earning opportunities in STEM, life skills, entrepreneurship, the outdoors, travel, and civic engagement.I also oversee our grant-funded, Staff-Led programming team, which delivers free, direct-to-community Girl Scout programs to girls in underserved and underrepresented populations. This initiative is essential to our council’s mission of ensuring equitable access to transformative experiences for all girls, regardless of socioeconomic background.In addition to program leadership, I am responsible for cultivating and maintaining strategic partnerships with community organizations, educational institutions, and corporate partners. These collaborations enhance our program offerings and expand the reach and impact of Girl Scouting across our region.
