With over ten years of experience in talent acquisition, I am a passionate and proficient leader in recruiting, time management, and customer service. As the Talent Acquisition Process Team Lead at Cargill, I oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles and functions across the organization, ensuring quality, efficiency, and diversity. I also collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, such as hiring managers, candidates, and vendors, to deliver exceptional customer service and satisfaction. Previously, I was the Functional Recruiting Lead for Sales and Marketing at Cargill, where I managed a team of recruiters and supported the hiring needs for the commercial business. I also have experience as a Talent Acquisition Executive at Cargill, where I executed full-cycle recruiting for multiple positions and locations.
