I recently completed a Master’s degree in Financial Engineering at Stevens Institute of Technology, where I developed strong analytical and problem-solving skills that I apply to real-world business decisions.In parallel, I’ve spent several years working in high-volume foodservice environments, supporting product and operational decisions across menu pricing, portioning, recipe economics, internal data management, and vendor sourcing.
