   Optimize daily production in the Powder River Basin by enhancing output via various artificial lift techniques, including rod pumps, gas lift systems, plungers and electric submersible pumps. Engage in daily briefings and weekly well assessments, while closely monitoring and reporting on the performance of all wells.Develop detailed designs and procedures, write AFE’s for all workover operations, displaying diligence and expertise. This encompasses new well choke management and initial designs, as well as pinpointing opportunities to enhance the performance of underperforming wells. Furthermore, I provide engineering support to the field superintendent throughout the execution of each job.Deliver a robust bridge of communication and trust between office and field personnel, fostering effective collaboration. Ensure monthly production reports are submitted to state and federal authorities in accordance with Wyoming\'s compliance guidelines.
