With over 17 years of experience in the retail and staffing industries, I am a Branch Manager who is passionate about training and developing high-performing teams. I have a Bachelor\'s degree in sales and marketing, and a strong background in business analysis, workforce management, and operational excellence. My most recent experience with Robert Half allowed me to sharpen my skills in recruitment as well as business development as an agency recruiter within the accounting and finance (contract) space. Prior to joining Robert Half, I was a General Manager and Corporate Trainer for over 10 years, where I was responsible for the onboarding, training, and development of 85 management roles within a wide geographic region. I collaborated with the District Manager to plan and execute new hire onboarding and training, as well as supplemental development on policies, processes, systems, and key performance metrics. I also ensured inventory and audit preparedness and delivered exceptional customer service and sales results.
