Responsible for all entries in HRIS, including new hire information, terminations, payroll deductions, garnishments, 401K entries, direct deposit information etc. Prepare Materials and Conduct Orientation for New Hires to gain understanding of the company\'s Culture, Policies, and Benefits.Coordinate employee events, including All Staff Meeting, Annual Holiday Party, Vendor Site Visits and other HR activities throughout the Health Center in conjunction with the HR staff. Administration of Employee Benefits through extensive communication and interaction with employees and Insurance/Retirement Plan Providers (Horizon, Cigna, VSP, Empower, Magellan Health). Conduct Background Check with Dataline, OIG, and EPLS Search Conduct HR Audits making sure our Department is up to date Maintenance of all Personnel Records for current employees, including hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, terminations, employee’s statistics for reporting purposes, etc. Maintenance of Benefits Records including Life, Health, Dental, Vision and Disability insurances, Pension Plans, and Employee Assistance Program. Point of Contact for external requests such as employment verification. Monitor all incoming Email, Voice Mail, Postal Mail, & Documents making sure the appropriate HR Rep is informed. Provide ongoing reports to multiple departments ( C- suite, Nursing Dept. Credentialing/Billing, etc.)
