I currently partner with the COO and senior leadership team to develop annual people plans which drive HR initiatives and support organisational strategy. This includes talent mapping, succession planning, retention and engagement initiatives, performance management, workforce planning and change management. I also led the recent acquisition of The Chelsea Magazine Company, responsible for developing and executing the integration plan. While my primary focus is on the areas detailed above, I also oversee Finance and manage a junior HRBP who works directly with the CFO, providing guidance and support as needed.
