As an accomplished researcher and clinician, I blend business acumen with expertise in clinical pharmacology, clinical studies, and biotechnology to advise company leaders in formulating business plans and growth strategies for startup and established operations. I offer expertise in Health Economics Outcomes Research, providing vision for strategic planning, trial setup, and commercialization.I offer 20+ years of experience in pharmacotherapy leadership, working in hospitals, clinics, and research environments. At this time, it is my mission to help companies show the value of their products and services by using rigorous methods and analysis that can be understood by both experts and lay stakeholders.Leveraging a track record of achievement in project management, I’ve been lead on research studies and worked on several complex assignments, including 20+ sponsored research projects (amassing more than $2M in funding in grants and contracts) for Kaiser Permanente. I excel in leading research teams in carrying out studies that examine the effectiveness and safety of new drug treatments. I’ve worked on projects sponsored by the FDA and other federal institutions, leading to more than 40 publications, conference proceedings, and presentations.I enjoy assisting team members in career development and mentoring them in completing quality research projects and educating students in clinical pharmacology. Additionally, I have been honored to serve on multiple committees for industry leaders, colleges and universities, and networks/organizations in the US and Bermuda.Placing a strong focus on continuous improvement, I passionately pursue innovation inside and outside of the biopharma industry.
