At Futuro Sólido, we go well beyond translation, creating programs and products that result in effective communication with Spanish-speaking employees. A prime example is our revolutionary Benefits Light Bulb Series. We realize that, for effective communication with Spanish speakers to take place, translation is often just the first step. Our goal is for a client\'s translated message to get the desired results that you-in other words, people will actually change their behavior after reading or hearing it. Simply translating a benefit plan does not guarantee that Spanish speakers will participate. Translating training material does not ensure that Spanish speakers will comply with regulations. Often education as to the importance of the topic at hand is necessary. Just like any student of any subject, Spanish speakers need to comprehend the importance and relevance of a message before they will take it seriously and respond accordingly. That’s where Futuro Sólido comes in. Our name means “Solid Future.” When Spanish speakers truly understand how to be successful in the United States, they prosper-as do their employers and the vendors who sell to them.
