Manage the design, development, and execution of professional development programs aligned to leadership and DEI strategies. • Facilitate Leadership Development sessions. • Partner with HR and functional business leaders to embed leadership development capabilities into the business, monitoring effectiveness and impact. • Stay current in best practices and trends for adult learning proven to increase promotion rates and retention of program participants. Accomplishments: 1. Led 50 participants through our Tap2Lead program targeted to accelerate development of POC talent. This includes monitoring the nomination process, managing a $50K budget, reviewing curriculum, securing guest speakers, facilitating live sessions, coaching participants, and program evaluation. Participant career tracking post-program reveals that among participants, there is a 86% retention rate. Created and launched the first cohort of 25 participants (Year 1) and 41 participants (Year 2) through the Emerging Leaders program, targeted to accelerate development of high potential talent across the enterprise as defined by our Talent Planning process. This included overseeing a self-nomination application process,$35K budget, vetting the content and establishing a program cadence for maximum participant engagement and knowledge implementation. The program is aligned to our effective leadership behaviors and company values. Participants also complete a learning in action plan to embed learning on the job post-program. Led $50K project to maintain courses in our Learning Management System (LMS) before the elimination of Flash. Project came in 50% under budget and over 100 courses were maintained. Virtualized training programs across the business ensuring continued access of training to employees while the corporate offices were closed for 18 months due to COVID. We trained over 600 people managers and welcomed over 500 new employees during that time.
