I am an experienced board member and strategic advisor to the C-suite with a track record of navigating and managing complex risk across human capital, business transformation, and technology. My 25+ years of career experience includes deep exposure to a range of industries, sectors, and business functions, which spans serving as a management consultant to Fortune 50 companies and as a fintech entrepreneur.Currently, I serve as an Independent Board Director for HUB International, a leading North American insurance brokerage that provides employee benefits, business, and personal insurance products and services. I am also the Board Chair and Co-Founder of uBack, Inc, a multi-channel, strategy consulting, and digital technology services and payment solutions firm for the philanthropic industry.I began my career at IBM and PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), serving in lead or advisory roles for client delivery and engagement execution within human capital, organizational transformation, M&A, and strategy for US agencies, including the Department of Defense and Department of Homeland Security. From there, I joined Accenture as a management consultant, and advanced across a variety of leadership roles, ultimately elevating to Managing Director and Partner in the financial services practice, and earning the Accenture Global Client Excellence Award a record four-times due to outstanding client service. During my 12 years at Accenture, I provided advisory services to Fortune 50 C-suite leaders and managed large-scale, complex organizational change and talent transformations within the federal government, products, and financial services sectors. I also served as the global management consulting lead for one of Accenture’s top 5 global clients. Additionally, I served as the Growth Board Chair with accountability for business development, growth, and corporate presence for the Charlotte, North Carolina region and surrounding Southeast region.I thrive on utilizing my knowledge, skills, and abilities to drive transformative change for internal clients and boards. I bring a balanced perspective towards managing risk, volatility, and uncertainty, and I am highly regarded for my ability to curate, cultivate, and create innovative solutions that disrupt traditional norms.
