Leadership *Work with CEO to identify and plan for organization growth *Recruit and hire team members along with CEO *Oversee training, development, evaluation and retention of staff.*Assist in the process of setting the organizations strategic direction and short and long-term goals including translating the vision and goals into operational strategies and actions Development *Lead the design and execution of a comprehensive state-wide fundraising plan *Oversee all fundraising efforts, including grants, appeals, events, corporate and individual giving *Ensure a balanced and robust network of funders Marketing *Develop and implement state-wide communications plan and strategies for growth *Key media and event spokesperson *Maintain brand standards and consistency across organization Systems and Processes *Set annual budget with CEO & Finance Manager *Participate in the annual financial audit *Develop the organizations CRM & DMS systems as necessary for organizational growth
