Equity Compensation Director and Administrator with 25+ years of experience in equity compensation administration and management of all aspects of partially outsourced equity compensation programs for a worldwide population. Equity compensation programs include Stock Options, SARs, Performance-based Stock Options, Restricted Stock Awards / Units and Performance Stock Units awarded to domestic and international employees. Responsibilities included being the single point of contact for all of the equity compensation related transition work, replicating multiple data bases of all components of the new Coca Cola Enterprises equity compensation records, providing education to Coca-Cola leadership on Coca Cola Enterprises processes and managing all responsibilities that positively impacted the conversion of the two company’s equity compensation records and awards. The transition and management of the prior Coca-Cola Enterprises records and equity compensation awards between the two companies was completed with 100 percent accuracy.
