She began her career as a frontline sales consultant and advanced through roles including Store Manager, Area Manager, Director, and multiple executive positions—building a leadership foundation grounded in real field experience and a deep understanding of the customer and employee journey. Over leadership roles at Wireless Toyz, AT & T, and Comcast, she has guided high-performing teams, strengthened partner ecosystems, and shaped strategy while elevating customer and employee experience.Recently named Vice President, Retail Sales & Partner Growth at Comcast, Melissa leads sales performance, strategic expansion, and operational excellence across all retail channels—including company-owned stores, branded partner locations, and indirect distribution networks.
