Partnered with the CEO to execute a merger with a troubled corporate credit union, adding 320 new members, raising over $68M of perpetual capital from Southeast Corporate members, and negotiating $15M of regulatory assistance. Drove the company\'s migration from fully insured to self-insured for health benefits, generating significant savings. Led a team of skilled managers, empowering them in their drive for excellence with 100% retention rate.
