About Melissa Allen
My name is Melissa and I’m an aspiring architect working towards licensure as a Designer at Payette. I completed my B.S.Arch at Wentworth Institute of Technology. Roughly a year later, I completed my M.Arch there as well. My thesis was titled “Revitalizing Urban Learning Environments for Children”. In a nutshell, my research explored ideas about how deteriorating urban school buildings could be reborn in the 21st century. During my undergraduate time at Wentworth I was fortunate enough to study abroad in Berlin, Germany. In addition, I completed several co-op internships at CBT Architects and Phase Zero Design. Later in graduate school I was selected to be a Teaching Assistant for sophomore architecture students. I loved having the experience to teach and hope to do it again someday. With that being said, I’m always happy to join as a guest on reviews. Let’s chat!
