Special projects: STEPP, provides students with learning disabilities who aspire to achieve a college education and who demonstrate the potential for postsecondary success with access and comprehensive support throughout the university experience; College of Fine Arts & Communication, which comprises of four schools with many visual and public facing art experiences for students and the community; and Global Affairs to promote philanthropic support for study abroad, Global Fellows, and ECU Tuscany to enhance students\' understanding of the world and enhance their careers.
