Throughout my career, I have been driven by a passion for continuous learning, knowledge sharing, and leading with empathy. Whether optimizing sales operations, streamlining processes, or mentoring colleagues, I find fulfillment in helping others succeed.Some of my favorite projects in the more recent years include: Earned my Lean Six Sigma Green Belt by leading a project that improved tracking and reallocation of unused funds for equipment discount promo codes - uncovering $30K–$50K in funds per quarter that could be reallocated. Expanded my Salesforce expertise by completing multiple learning pathways, enhancing my ability to support sales teams and drive operational efficiency. Being twice selected to attend Women of Wireless (WOW), a leadership program focused on career development, networking, and self-leadership.My career started in a call center; what I once saw as a temporary job became an incredible journey of growth, resilience, and opportunity. That journey allowed me to build a wealth of industry knowledge, forge meaningful relationships, support my family, and pursue higher education. Thanks to tuition assistance programs, I’ve earned an Associate’s, Bachelor’s, and am now completing my Master’s degree.Outside of work, I find joy in movement, especially through Zumba! It\'s my favorite way to stay active, build community, and embrace being silly. I\'m deeply passionate about mentoring and guiding others through life\'s challenges and opportunities. My natural inclination to support and empower extends into everything I do, whether I\'m connecting with friends, participating in community initiatives, or collaborating with colleagues. I believe in creating spaces where people feel heard and valued.
