I am currently an IT Specialist working in the IT Partner Engagement section of OCIO at the Library of Congress. Because of my background & experience with project management, I often manage projects including projects that serve the enterprise including the Library of Congress\'s Enterprise Event Scheduling System and our Enterprise Ticketing Solution. Within my role as an IT Specialist, I also serve as a liaison and analyst on the Library of Congress\'s Visitor Experience Master Plan (VEMP), which will ultimately to engage more Americans than ever in the Library of Congress. I am a leader among my peers and am one of the founding members of the planning team for a community of practice of business analysts within ITPE/OCIO at the Library of Congress. I help ensure that the analysts in our cohort are educated on the principles of business analysis, which often means inviting guest speakers from throughout the Library to join us at our monthly meetings.
