Assessing needs for learning products and services that support coastal professionals in the use and application of NOAA science, data, and tools to address coastal inundation-Applying adult learning science best practices to advance the quality of NOAA\'s Digital Coast Academy learning resources and their effectiveness for diverse audiences, including those historically under represented or underserved-Developing learning products and services to build the capacity of coastal communities to address coastal flooding with effective risk communication and community planning focused approaches-Understanding the needs of our partners specifically around nature-based solution implementation-Monitor and track existing nature-based solution projects on the West Coast to understand lessons learned and opportunities to transfer knowledge to other practitioners-Provide technical assistance both within NOAA and to external partners-Serve as a key conduit to interagency collaboration efforts around nature-based solutions-Providing technical assistance to coastal communities to help them apply Digital Coast and NOAA information resources to enhance Affiliate to NOAA OCM with CSS Inc, August 2019- Present
