Responsible for leading, training and coaching all branch personnel and ensuring professional and high quality sales, service, and value to members in adherence with Credit Union values. Cultivate and maintain relationships within the overall branch community. Monitor/report on market conditions within the branch market and recommend/implement changes in tactics. Analyze branch policies and procedures, make recommendations and implement changes as needed. Provide and maintain high levels of security and safety to the staff and members as well as safe¬guarding the assets of the branch. Comply with all applicable regulatory requirements, such as Bank Secrecy Act requirements, including annual training. Maintains confidentiality at all times. Meet and exceed goals and objectives that are aligned with the organization’s strategy and balanced scorecard in order to achieve expected outcomes and build effective member relationships. Responsible for establishing staff training needs, career development and maintaining a relational sales environment conducive to employee achievement and satisfaction.
