Defined the generative AI roadmap for MHI’s products, including Shout, the UK\'s first free mental health crisis text service (1M+ texters)- Leading the integration of generative AI features including an AI-powered Shout texter simulator for trainee volunteers (7,100+ users with 83% of trainee volunteers reporting that it had helped them practice their skills)- Leading cross-functional delivery across clinicians, data scientists, and engineers in an agile environment, from requirements through to evaluation and deployment- Designed and ran A/B tests and beta programmes to evaluate generative AI features, with results directly informing rollout decisions and feature prioritisation- Managing stakeholder communication, including with c-suite executives.
