I am an award-winning leader with experience in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion (DEI), Employer Branding, and Diversity Recruiting Programs. In 2024, I was named a Nashville Business Journal 40 Under 40. As Director of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) at Asurion, I lead the organization’s internal employee-to-employee giving fund and external philanthropic efforts to ensure equitable and thriving communities where our employees live and work.Throughout my tenure at Asurion, I have transformed our approach to attracting, engaging, developing, and advocating for diverse talent through DEI education programs, employee resource groups (ERGs), and key talent partners and programs.I previously led initiatives to create an award-winning Software Engineer Apprenticeship for employees – the first of its kind in the State of Tennessee. I also previously served as the organization’s Employer Brand Manager, where I was responsible for Asurion’s employer brand presence in the company’s North American markets.Prior to joining Asurion, I led marketing efforts for 2 million square feet of retail shopping centers in Nashville and Chicago MSAs. I was also an award-winning journalist for Gannett early in my professional career. My diverse background allows me to bring a unique perspective and creative approach to each and every role.In 2019, I co-launched the Lipstick Economy Podcast with Jamie Dunham that explores all aspects of marketing to women and shares stories of leaders who are making a difference through their insight, strategy, diversity, and creative thinking.
