Mentoring Program Coordinator @College Now

For over 10 years, the College Now Mentoring Program has connected thousands of local students and volunteer mentors. Many of College Now’s students are the first in their families to attend college, and all have demonstrated financial need.• Support cohort of 500+ pairs of college students and assigned mentors; provide 1:1 assistance about relationships, student scholarships and program requirements; conduct check-ins via email, call, and text and monitor 4 different inboxes; direct to campus and community resources• Guide 12-member Mentee Advisory Council operations, student discussion, and student projects• Maintain accurate student notes in program platform, Chronus, and SalesForce for collaboration across teams• Develop and facilitate mentee and mentor orientations, trainings, and other program events• Initiated and coordinated mentor networking night on Zoom that brought 80+ mentors• Create program\'s semesterly newsletters and resource guides, including Graduation Preparation Guide• Update program procedures and curriculum
