Creates and maintains digital and static maps, mobile applications, dashboards, and Allegheny County\'s GIS Open Data website for County Departments and the general public using Adobe CC, and ArcGIS (Experience Builder, ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online, etc)- Utilizes Google Maps Geocoding and Distance Matrix APIs to perform spatial analysis and enhance data sets- Refines and maintains Allegheny County GIS data, and ensures that data entered into the Allegheny County GIS systems meets standards for accuracy and correctness- Develops and maintains enterprise GIS databases and Internet-based GIS applications within the Division of Computer Services for County-wide use or for use within specific County Departments- Assists with training County personnel in GIS skills- Prepares responses to inquiries from the public or from within the government and other studies and reports- Implements GIS projects within various county departments- Maintains data dictionaries for all GIS information on a current basis- Tracks and updates all GIS projects- Interacts with public, elected officials, and county management and staff.
