I lead the Ryan Alumni Network, a community that connects current and former team members to opportunities, insights, and one another. With extensive experience in talent acquisition, I design programs and partnerships that strengthen belonging, extend Ryan’s brand, and support business growth.I began my career at Ryan as a tax consultant, where I learned the technical side of tax and how we deliver value to clients. That foundation continues to guide how I approach talent and alumni strategy. My work is grounded in a real understanding of our service delivery and the people who make it possible.After helping build Ryan’s college recruiting program, I took time to focus on family and later returned to roles in event planning, recruitment consulting, and staffing operations. Each role deepened my perspective on how relationships, culture, and opportunity intersect.Now in my second chapter with Ryan, I lead our alumni relations efforts with a focus on long-term connection, talent engagement, and community leadership. My goal is to make it easy for every Ryan team member, whether current or alum, to benefit from enduring relationships.
