ABOUT MELINDA H. BALL
Melinda joined KLNB in February 2020, in their Washington D.C. office. Melinda joins her father, Brian W. Ball, Sr, in KLNB’ s Advisory Services Group, which specializes in commercial leasing, sales and consulting. Before joining KLNB, Melinda worked for some of the country’s most successful residential real estate brokerage firms: Washington Fine Properties, TTR/Sotheby’s and Long & Foster Christie’s, where she held positions as a Transaction Coordinator, Licensed Salesperson, and Office Manager. Melinda facilitated residential sales transactions involving some of the most prestigious homes in the metro area. As a local Washingtonian, Melinda brings an in-depth knowledge of the metropolitan area and an eagerness to bring her creative perspective and marketing skills to the table while continuing to work with her father’s previous clients while building her book of clientele. After graduating in 2006 from Georgetown Visitation Preparatory School, Melinda went on to earn her BA as a General Studies Major.
